A Meditation: Today is a Gift from God
Today is a gift from God. "Blessed be the Lord, Who daily loads us with benefits, the God of our salvation! Selah. (Psalm 68:19)
He has given us His Word whereby man shall live. His Holy Spirit to those who believe on Him, without measure. His amazing grace and a hope that anchors the soul. Strength for the journey and peace that surpasses all understanding. His deliverance, His longsuffering and His forgiveness. His correction, His mercy and His justice, all wrapped in love.
Time would fail to tell of all His benevolence. Yet, consider His works and providence in creation.
Psalm 104 (Some excerpts below):
"He sends the springs into the valleys; they flow among the hills. They give drink to every beast of the field; the wild donkeys quench their thirst. By them the birds of the heavens have their home; they sing among the branches. He waters the hills from His upper chambers; the earth is satisfied with the fruit of Your works. He causes the grass to grow for the cattle and vegetation for the service of man, that he may bring forth food from the earth, and wine that makes glad the heart of man, oil to make his face shine, and bread which strengthens man's heart.
He appointed the moon for seasons, the sun knows its going down." (Psalm 104:10-19)
This great and wide sea in which are innumerable teeming things, living things both small and great. There the ships sail about; there is that Leviathan which You have made to play there. These all wait for You, that You may give them their food in due season. What You give them they gather in; You open Your hand, they are filled with good. You hide Your face, they are troubled; You take away their breath, they die and return to their dust. You send forth Your Spirit, they are created; and You renew the face of the earth. (Psalm 104:25-30)
All these and more He does. The Lord is good and His mercy endures forever.
Worship and bow in His presence. Praise the Lord!

Bible Verses About Love
Many waters cannot quench love, nor can the floods drown it. If a man would give for love all the wealth of his house, it would be utterly despised. -Song of Solomon 8:7

Greetings and Happy New Year!
A Message from A Walk In The Garden
Thanks be to our great God who has preserved us unto the start of the first day of 2018. We know not what the future holds, but we know Him who holds the future and each of us in His hands. Embrace the possibilities and the challenges. We know Him who has promised never to leave us nor forsake us.
Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith! He's the same yesterday, today and forever.

The King is Born: Let Hearts Receive Him
Pilate asked of Jesus, "Are you a king then?" Jesus answered, "You say rightly that I am a king. For this cause I was born, and for this cause I have come into the world, that I should bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice." (John 18:37)
Open your heart to the Lord Jesus. He will come in and sup with you and you with Him. What a privilege, what an honor!
"Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God!" (1 John 3:1)
Jesus, the gift to the world that will last forever! Eat of Him and drink of Him, this Christmas and always. Share the blessed good news... share His love and compassion.
He who made all things is God Almighty; the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. Ruler of all!
Jesus is Messiah
His Kingdom is everlasting and His love knows no bounds...
On this day, in the midst of the festivities, we reflect and again hear the heavenly host...
Praise the Lord, Creator and Savior
From sunrise to sunset, the name of the Lord is worthy to be praised! The One by Whom all things were created is the Savior of our souls...
