Dead to Sin, Alive to God!
Happy Wednesday! Dead to Sin, Alive to God!
According to the Word of God, as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death.
"Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, certainly we also shall be in the likeness of His resurrection.
Knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin. For he who has died has been freed from sin.
Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, dies no more. Death no longer has dominion over Him. For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 6:4-11)
Thanks be to God for His finished work. He who has begun His good work in us, will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ. Praise God!

The Chief Cornerstone
Good morning in the Redeemer's name, Jesus our Lord and Savior!
Trust that you are delighting yourselves in Him who called us from darkness into His glorious light. That you are trusting and abiding in His love.
It is He who upholds us by His power; without Him, we can do nothing. He was rejected by men, but He for whom are all things and by whom are all things, is the Captain of our salvation, the Builder of His church. There is no other name whereby mankind can be saved.
"The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone."
-Psalm 118:22

Happy Easter Sunday!
And it happened, as they were greatly perplexed about this, that behold, two men stood by them in shining garments. Then as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them,
"Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen! Remember how He spoke to you when He was still in Galilee, saying, "The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again."" And they remembered His words.

A Day of Reflection
This Good Friday, Christians the world over will commemorate the crucifixion, death and burial of our Lord Jesus Christ. A day when God's Lamb without blemish was made the sacrifice for sin. A day that by all appearance, seemed to be one of doom and gloom, but it was a day of great deliverance for humanity.
Bible Reading:
"Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned, every one, to his own way; and the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all." - Isaiah 53:4-6

You are on the mind of God...
Good morning dearly loved of God,
"How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand; when I awake, I am still with You." - Psalm 139:17 & 18

Righteousness and Praise Shall Spring Forth
Tuesday Greetings,
The good news of salvation is in the air! The noise of the world will try to drown it out, but the Word of God will accomplish its purpose. Rejoice!

Today's Encouragement
Monday Greetings,
The redeemed of God have the Spirit as a guarantee of eternal glory. Confident of this hope, we make it our aim to be well pleasing to Him who has called us — in our daily lives and a faithful witness of His love and grace.
The Lord be with you this day and always. Stay close by His side.

Visions of Spring: The flowers appear on the earth, the happy singing of birds is heard in the trees. The Great Designer of heaven and earth has blessed us with nature's gifts to enjoy. - A Walk In The Garden
Morning Prayer
"Give ear to my words, O Lord, consider my meditation. Give heed to the voice of my cry, my King and my God, for to You I will pray. My voice You shall hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning I will direct it to You, and I will look up." -Psalm 5:1-3

Words of Comfort
Good morning,
"For the Lord will comfort Zion, He will comfort all her waste places; He will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the Lord; Joy and gladness will be found in it, thanksgiving and the voice of melody."
(Isaiah 51:3)
