Devotion: Saved By Grace, Boundless Love

Thanks be to God for His great love and mercy, His amazing grace! He gave us a Deliverer to save us from our sins and the penalty thereof, through the sacrificial offering of His Son, as the perfect Lamb of God.

How deep and wide is His love for humanity, whom He created in His image and after His likeness. Such love cannot be measured; it's boundless and free. If you don't know Him, His arms are open wide. Come as you are.

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved." (John 3:16-17)

"In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace." (Ephesians 1:7)

"But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them." (Ephesians 2:4-10)

"For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him." (2 Corinthians 5:21)

"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus." (Romans 3:23-24)

Praise Father, Son and Holy Ghost! Amen.

Jesus: Only Savior, Redeemer

"Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed." (Isaiah 53:4-5)

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved." (John 3:16-17)

"This is the stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone. Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:11-12)

"In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace." (Ephesians 1:7)

A Prayer:
Thank You precious Lord, Faithful and True. You are the Great Shepherd and Overseer of our souls. Thank You for reconciling us to God, for sins forgiven and a new name written in heaven, for acceptance into the family of God, for a new and living way through Your blood. Thank You for Your love, grace and mercy. Let Your gospel be preached to the ends of the earth; bring Your lost and scattered sheep home to the fold. Let there be great rejoicing in Your house, cleansing, purging, filling of the Holy Ghost, fruits in abundance, bringing glory to Your name. You are the Lord God, Most High; Your kingdom is forever.

"I will extol You, my God, O King; and I will bless Your name forever and ever. Every day I will bless You, and I will praise Your name forever and ever. Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and His greatness is unsearchable." (Psalm 145:1-3)

Amen.

Today's Devotion: Rain From Heaven, Salvation in the Earth

Wednesday Greetings,

The Lord has commanded His salvation in the earth:

"Rain down, you heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness; let the earth open, let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together. I, the Lord, have created it."

Seeing there was no justice, no righteous man or intercessor—His own arm brought salvation, and His own righteousness, it sustained Him. Praise God!

Praise the Lord, Creator and Savior!

From sunrise to sunset, the name of the Lord is worthy to be praised! The One by Whom all things were created, is the Savior of our souls. For it pleased the Father, for all the fullness to dwell in Christ, and by Him, to reconcile all things to Himself.

Thank you Father God for sending Your Son Jesus to save us. Thank You Jesus for coming into the world which was made by You, to die for our sins, and being raised, justified us by faith in Your name. Thank You Holy Spirit for working in our hearts, to make known the heart of God. Amen.

Merry Christmas

Good morning and Merry Christmas! May the joy that is Jesus be yours today and always.

"Then the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you this day in the  city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord." (Luke 2:10-11)
